Your account

You must be 13 or older. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. One account per person.

Credits

New accounts receive 2 free credits, no credit card required, for a limited time. To prevent abuse, free credits are limited to two accounts per device in any 30-day period; additional accounts created from the same device within that window do not receive the free credits. One credit equals approximately one minute of finished video, with a 2-credit minimum per video. Credits are held when a render starts and refunded if the render fails. Credits are billed on the requested video length; if a finished video is delivered shorter than the guaranteed length floor for that duration, the un-delivered minutes are automatically credited back to your balance at the same 1-credit-per-minute rate. Paid plans grant credits at the listed tier; on annual plans the yearly charge is billed up front and grants exactly 12 monthly credit allocations per prepaid year, added to your balance monthly — once the 12th allocation is delivered, no further subscription credits are added until your next annual renewal. Subscription credits roll over each month and are only forfeited when a cancellation takes effect (at your next billing date, not immediately), while purchased top-up credits never expire.

Subscriptions, plans & payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually (annual = 20% off) through our payment processor, Dodo Payments, who is the Merchant of Record — they handle the charge, calculate and collect applicable taxes at checkout based on your billing address, and issue your tax invoice. Prices shown in-app exclude tax. We never receive or store your full card number; top-ups are one-time purchases through a secure hosted checkout. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time — upgrades (to a higher tier, or monthly to annual) take effect immediately with a prorated charge, while downgrades are scheduled for your next billing date with no immediate charge (you keep your current plan, price, and credits until then). You can cancel a pending change before it takes effect. Your payment history and invoices are available on the Billing page. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation is scheduled for your next billing date rather than immediate, so you keep your subscription and credits until then and can undo the cancellation any time before it takes effect. Subscription credits are forfeited once the cancellation actually takes effect, while top-up credits are kept but frozen until you resubscribe. Support-issued refunds are processed through Dodo and the corresponding credits are removed from your balance.

Videos rendered on free credits may carry a "Made with AnkonAI" corner badge. The badge is automatically removed for any account with an active subscription, even when the video is charged to rolled-over free credits. We may enable or disable the free-tier badge platform-wide at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Do not generate content that is illegal, infringing, or violates others' rights.
Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
You are responsible for the content of the videos you generate.
If you use voice cloning, you may only clone your own voice or a voice you have explicit permission to use. You may not use it to impersonate, deceive, or defraud anyone, or to synthesize someone's voice without their consent.

Your voice (voice cloning)

You may optionally record a short clip of your own voice and allow Ankon AI to generate narration in that voice. One clip narrates every one of the 13 supported languages in your voice (it is cross-lingual); for native pronunciation in a specific language, you may also record a native clip for just that one. A voice is biometric data. By submitting a recording you confirm that it is your own voice or that you have the permission of the person recorded, and you accept responsibility for how videos made with that voice are used. We store the recording to provide narration; to generate narration in your cloned voice we send your clip and the narration text to a third-party voice-synthesis provider for that render. (The built-in voices do not use this provider — some English built-in voices narrate on our own servers, and the other built-in voices use a separate preset-voice provider that needs no voice clip.) You can delete your cloned voice — or any individual native recording — at any time, which removes the stored recording. You must verify your email and consent before a clone is created.

Ownership

You own the videos you generate, to the extent permitted by law and the upstream model providers' terms. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings; deletion removes your personal data, voice clones, and private videos, cancels any active subscription, and forfeits any purchased credits (no refund). An anonymized record is retained for fraud prevention and to meet our tax and payment-processor obligations. See our Privacy Policy for what is retained.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced.
