About Ankon AI & our editorial process

Last updated: August 2026

Ankon AI is an AI whiteboard explainer-video generator: you give it a topic, a pasted script, a PDF, or a reference image, and it writes the narration, draws an ink-reveal whiteboard in sync with an AI voiceover, and exports a finished, captioned video. This page explains who writes our articles and the process every article goes through before it is published.

Who writes our articles

Our articles are produced by the Ankon AI editorial team and are AI-assisted. We believe being transparent about that is part of being trustworthy: an honest, well-vetted AI-assisted article is more useful to readers than a thinly-researched human one. What matters — and what this page documents — is the editorial pipeline that stands behind every published article.

Our editorial process

Every article passes through the same ordered pipeline before it is published. No article skips a step.

  1. A version-controlled facts source. Product facts about Ankon AI (pricing, the credit model, features, limits) come from one versioned, internally-maintained source of truth. An article may only state an Ankon AI figure that exists in that source, so published pricing and capabilities can't drift or be invented.
  2. Vetted competitor descriptions. Comparison and pricing articles describe competing products only from a reviewed description of each competitor — its category, what it does, who it's best for, its drawbacks, and its pricing model. We do not state competitor dollar prices; we describe pricing qualitatively and direct you to the vendor for current figures.
  3. AI-assisted drafting. A draft is generated from those facts and the vetted competitor description, in an answer-first structure: every section heading is a question a searcher would ask, and the first paragraph answers it directly. This is designed to be useful to both human readers and answer engines.
  4. A verification pass. A separate AI verification step reads the draft against the same facts and an editable, human-authored set of editorial rules. It flags any Ankon AI claim not backed by the facts source, any invented competitor price, any unfair or defamatory characterization of a competitor, a missing brand mention, and banned filler. If the verifier is unavailable, the article is not published (fail-closed).
  5. A moderation pass. An independent safety check screens for spam, hate, violence, and sexual content. It is also fail-closed: an inconclusive or unsafe result blocks publication.
  6. HTML sanitization. The article body is sanitized so only a safe allowlist of HTML elements and attributes survives — no scripts, inline styles, or unsafe links reach the page. Outbound links to third-party sites are marked rel="nofollow noopener"; internal links to ankonai.com remain dofollow.
  7. Originality and de-duplication. Each draft is checked against recently published articles for near-duplicate titles and bodies, and the slug is uniqueness-checked, so we don't publish thin or repeated content.
  8. Human oversight. Publishing is gated behind an operator toggle, and any published article can be taken down by the team. Nothing publishes automatically unless the pipeline is enabled and every gate above passes.

How we handle competitor and pricing information

Comparison content is informational and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any named vendor. Competitor descriptions reflect publicly available information as of the date an article was written; product features and pricing change, and you should verify current details with the vendor. We do not call any competitor a "scam," "ripoff," or "bad deal," and we compare on features and fit rather than telling you to avoid a product.

Corrections

If you spot an error in an article, or believe a competitor is described unfairly, we want to know. Write to us via our contact page and we'll review and correct or remove the content.
